Fresco has a full range of certified Bulk Bag Unloading equipment. This includes the Electric Hoist & Trolley Load, catering for bulk bags ranging up to 2000kg.
The modular design comes pre/assembled which allows for quick installation and adaptability to all applications. Dual systems are available for both bulk bag and manual tipping through the bag dump interface. All designs are adaptable to suit all hazardous dust zone applications.
The Electric Hoist & Trolley Load Bulg Bag Unloaders allows for loading of bulk bags without the use of forklifts. The electric hoist can be supplied with different lifting capacities up to 2000kg and lifting speeds up to 6.5m/min. Pneumatic hoist and trolleys are also available if required.
The top section of the support frame of the bulk bag unloader is made to be fully adjustable and can be rotated to suit bag loading from any direction. All our lifting equipment is designed to meet local standards and is independently load tested and certified.
The Electric Hoist & Trolley Load comes with a spout clamp that seals the bulk bag spout creating a dust-tight, secure attachment, totally enclosing the interface between the bulk bag and the hopper below. It also features the Fresco Bag Closing Device that provides the operator with full control of the discharge rate from the bulk bag by enabling the operator to close the spout of the bag with one easy and effortless operation.

The Forklift Load has four fully adjustable sturdy uprights that allow for any size of bulk bag simply by removing the retainer pins and adjusting the vertical height of the support frame pockets.
The bag straps are quickly and easily secured to the forklift lifting frame providing a safe and secure attachment while being lifted and positioned in the pockets.
