The Fresco Bag Flipper is designed to facilitate the ease of removing the outer layer of a 25kg Kraft Paper Bag. It provides an ergonomic means for the operator to cut and remove the paper, without straining, by flipping the bag using pneumatic actuation. The operator places the bag on the flipper and partially removes the paper outer from the top of the bag. The pneumatic actuation button is then pressed which flips the bag while the operator is retaining the paper outer. As the bag flips, the paper is removed from the bag leaving the products contents restrained in the plastic liner. This is then fed via conveyor to the downstream process. The operator places the waste paper in a bag compactor or similar equipment.
