Fresco Bulk Bag Fillers can be fitted with roller or belt conveyors to eject the filled bulk bag from the filling room. Depending on the application, the conveyors can provide bag accumulation and staging. The conveyor lengths are customized to suit the plant layout. Full sealing is available when passing through an airlock.
The integrity of the packed product is important so the liner spout can be heat sealed rather than tied. Fresco have an integrated heat sealer that will seal the spout of the bulk bag liner. This heat sealer can also be fitted with vacuum and gassing options.
