Paddle Blenders are the most versatile blenders. The blades scoop, lift and tumble materials in a gentle, thorough mixing action. The agitator consists of an equal number of overlapping paddles which work effectively even when the blender is filled to as little as 20% rated capacity. Paddle Blenders are excellent at blending small quantities of critical ingredients as well as fragile products such as crystals, nuts, teas etc. without degradation or damage. Products with dissimilar particle sizes and bulk densities are mixed thoroughly and efficiently. The Fresco Paddle Blender can also be used for powdered products ranging from very light and fluffy to very heavy and dense, blending faster and with low power consumption. The close tolerance of the paddles to the body ensures nearly 100% product discharge.
