Bin Vent
The Fresco Bin Vent is designed for sanitary and non-sanitary control of dust in surge hoppers which are subjected to gravity filling of dry powders and granules. Typical applications of bin vents include usage on surge hoppers fitted with a rotary valve and positive pressure conveying system. Selection of filters is based on the product type, it’s a cartridge type with normal filtration efficiency of 99.999% on 0.5-micron material. Filter access is provided through top removal restrained by a stainless steel quick clamp on the clean side of the plenum.
Filters are cleaned via the continuous duty reverse pulse cleaning system which is designed for constant online and offline operation.
Flanged, mounted or quick clamped units immediately fit most hoppers. Standard configurations are available with airflow up to
10m³/min ( ΔP12mmwg).
