Our range of Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC) are suitable for the storing and movement of dry powders and granules. They are fabricated in heavy duty food grade PVC. They integrate with the Fresco IBC Filling and Discharge System to complete an end-to-end dust tight solution.
The Fresco IBC Discharge Station is suitable for use with the standard range of Fresco IBC (Intermediate Bulk Containers). They allow for discharge of non-free flowing materials using vibration as flow promotion. A multi-rimmed face seal ensures product is contained within the interface section of the discharger and the IBC. Pneumatic air cushions ensure isolation of vibration from the surrounding equipment.
The Fresco IBC Fill Head is a pneumatically operated interface aid that controls product flow from upstream processing to the standard range of Fresco IBC’s. They ensure that the IBC can be filled quickly without the need for the operator to attach manual duct connections. The fill head is fitted with a pneumatically retractable arm that raises and lowers the fill head to the IBC. It also has a dust separation divider allowing for the displaced air to be vented to a dust collector or vent sock depending on the application. A food grade seal ensures no dust escapes to the environment during the filling phase. The pneumatic actuation can be manual lever or automatic.
